OPT Wellness introduces a new conditioning workout incorporating Olympic and power lifts used in a cardiovascular style to increase your strength, speed and agility. This routine is designed to take your mental and physical performance to a new level. 808 conditioning also incorporates breathing techniques for mental strength and a brief meditation at the end for balanceing and reseting you to your perfection.
